The staff were super helpful, with an English-speaking expat on hand for foreigners. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with fresh carpeting and all the necessary facilities inside. I was pleasantly surprised to find a room with three beds, perfect for families or larger groups. The location is convenient, close to the train station and in a serene neighborhood.
Nothing to fault, everything was just fine.

The hotel was very comfortable with large rooms. it was good value for money (but we had a very discounted rate). The breakfast buffet was good
It is about 4 blocks from the station which may be considered as far with a lot of luggage.

We had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel was quite near to the station, which was very convenient for transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities were great. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the traditional Japanese food, and the staff were so kind and helpful. The location itself was perfect since it was close to the centre of the city.

Usually there is something I could list as a negative about my accommodations, but this stay, I had none whatsoever. I had no problems with the internet connections, ac was so comfortable due to the high humidity and rain, close to Hakata Station, made use of the hairdryer, hot pot for coffee, and had excellent and courteous service from front desk. We had very little problems conversing, even though I speak and understand little to none japanese. Restaurants and convenience stores are in the immediate area of the hotel, and is very near to the bus line. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends that visit Hakata.
There's nothing I disliked about the hotel, but needed instructions for the key when entered my room. The key has to inserted into a switch, which operates the lights. It's a great idea! I did request prior to my arrival for coffee. Although they may have forgotten due to normally having tea, I came prepared wth my own, and was completely satisfied.

The room was nice, the location quiet. There was free wifi in the room.
The hotel description is misleading. The hotel is NOT a 5 minutes drive away from the airport, but about 30/40 minutes away when I asked at reception. Although for reference, at 5am on a Sunday morning it took about 15 minutes / 1800 yen to get to the airport.

The free bottled water supply was great. It was nice to know that a Family Mart was directly across the hotel and we visited them daily. Also the bath robes were great. There were a bunch of supplies for us to chose such as free bath sponge, combs, etc for us to use in the front lobby. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
The top complaint of this hotel is, almost all of the taxi drivers didn't know how to find this hotel. It was frustrating trying to draw a map for them by the hotel staff but they still had a difficult time figuring out where this hotel was located. The staff was friendly although they did not speak much english. Most of us knew how to speak Japanese however, there were times when they needed assistance as to how to express what they were trying to get across. There were no temperature control for the air condition though we found out that since it was winter time, they a/c were turned off. Due to my stroke, I wanted the rooms to be cooler. We did open the windows which helped a little.

The hotel was renovated in 2011. Room is clean, well-equipped and good size but certainly not 32 sq.m. for a double room as claimed on the website.

We had a wonderful experience staying at a hotel close to Hakata train station. the location is quite convenient for traveler, located in the area around the Hakata station. the bed was super comfortable and the staff was polite and always ready to help.
The breakfast was not up to par with our expectations, but the various cafes and eateries available nearby provided a great alternative.

The lobby is elegant and the room is very clean and new. The bed is very comfortable, we are happy to stay there.
For walking from the hotel to train station is About 10 minutes. But we pay about 700 yen for taxi is better.
